Sci-Fi Lullabies

I love the genre of science fiction.

I was steeped in genre fiction from an early age with both my older brothers informing me of the SF and fantasy they read, not to mention comics, but I learned to read thanks to Asterix and Tintin books before graduating to Marvel and DC. Like many kids of the 70’s I was reading a lot of horror so I didn’t really start reading proper SF til nearly my teens, but this isn’t about books, this is about films as after my top 20 Horror Films last month I thought I’d do my top 20 SF films as I actually enjoyed running through my horror films.

This probably won’t just be rammed into a month as there’s a backlog of things I want to blog about but I’ll probably run it through November and December, or I will end up cramming it in this month. Depends on my mood and time..

I’m going to include SF/Fantasy as well as harder SF films. People will disagree but frankly, it’s my list and I’ll choose what I jolly well like!

So next time as we enter the list at #20, we choose between the red and the blue pill….
